2. Assembly coordination
Structural modules, aggregate bins, conveyor or skip system, mixer, weighing equipment, silos and control components are assembled in the planned sequence. Local lifting and installation resources should be confirmed before arrival.
3. Electrical checks and commissioning
Before trial production, the team checks wiring, motor direction, pneumatic components, limit switches, weighing signals and safety interlocks. Dry tests are followed by material tests and calibration.
4. Operator familiarization
Operators should understand daily start-up and shutdown, recipe control, lubrication, cleaning, inspection points and basic fault reporting. The exact support scope is confirmed for each destination and project.
